Third, put the base on the wall and keep it parallel to the ground, mark the 3 holes spacing and then drill 3 holes on the wall. Fourth, put the 3 plastic screw anchor on each hole, put on the base, drive the screws into the hole. Fifth, pick up the hook, aim at the small hole, and put the screw in.
